Meet All Waves
Aquatics
Where confidence, safety, and fun meets the water.

Our Mission & Philosophy
All Waves Aquatics strives to provide their clients with the best possible swim lesson at the best possible price. The lessons are 30 or 60 minutes long to allow ample time for children to grasp, learn, and practice swim skills. Most swim schools in the area limit their teaching to 15–20 minutes per lesson, and our professional instructors believe this time is not sufficient for children to reach their full learning potential.
Longer lessons allow your child to build a deeper trust with the instructor—positively affecting the rest of the class. Our lesson plans are designed to work with children at their unique swim level and experience. By keeping lessons private and one-on-one, productivity and attention skyrocket. We tailor each class to your child's physical abilities and mental readiness based on their age.
Inclusive Swim Education: Our Nonprofit Partnerships
At All Waves Aquatics, we believe water safety is a right, not a privilege. That's why we partner with nonprofit organizations across Orange County to offer funded swim lessons for children with autism and sensory sensitivities.
Our instructors are trained to create a calm, supportive environment tailored to a wide range of learning styles and needs. These partnerships allow us to make a lasting impact — one swimmer at a time.

We proudly partner with Regional Center of Orange County (RCOC) to provide accessible swim lessons for children with developmental disabilities. RCOC is dedicated to supporting individuals with special needs and connecting families to essential resources throughout Orange County.

Our History
Established in 2013.

Ms. Amber, who had taught private swim lessons for over 9 years, turned her love for the water and teaching into a lifestyle by founding All Waves Aquatics. She empowered Orange County parents with the confidence to let their children enjoy the water safely.
After getting married and starting a family in Texas, Ms. Amber passed the torch to two dedicated instructors, Matt and Myles, who purchased the school a year after the 2020 pandemic. Today, All Waves Aquatics continues her legacy and teaching philosophy with deep gratitude for the foundation she laid.
Meet the Owners

Matt and Myles grew up in Whittier, California and have been close friends since high school. As lifelong water lovers, they spent their youth surfing, snorkeling, and competing. In high school, they swam competitively and played water polo.
After graduation, they began lifeguarding and teaching swim lessons at their local YMCA and continued instructing for several programs over the years. They share a belief that water is our greatest teacher and oldest ally.
Together, Matt & Myles bring over 10 years of combined teaching experience to All Waves Aquatics.

How We Teach
We believe quality trumps quantity. Our private 30-minute or 60-minute lessons ensure focused attention, deep trust-building, and real progress. Every class follows a 3-part structure: reinforce what the swimmer already knows, introduce something new, then combine and practice both. This personalized rhythm helps students thrive—whether they’re beginners or advanced.
What Parents Say

– Joseph H., Irvine
"We've had a very positive experience with Coach Sophia. Our son is making great progress and he's only been taking lessons for a few weeks. Highly recommended!"
