What to Expect From Our Lessons
Lesson Length:
Each
session is 30 minutes—longer than
most swim schools. This extended time allows your child to
build trust with their instructor, practice skills thoroughly,
and progress with confidence.
Personalized & Private:
All lessons are one-on-one to
ensure full attention, safety, and customized instruction
based on your child’s comfort level and experience.
Tailored to Age & Readiness:
Our teaching approach adapts to each child’s
physical ability and
mental readiness—meeting them exactly
where they are, without pressure.
🌊
The All Waves Method: Our 3-Step Progression
Each lesson follows a thoughtful structure to balance
comfort, challenge, and integration:
1. ✅
Start with Confidence
Reinforce
skills your child already feels comfortable with.
2.
✨ Introduce Something New
Add a
new challenge—like breath control, eye immersion, or arm
strokes—based on their readiness.
3. 🔁
Bring It All Together
Combine
learned elements into full swim sequences, building skill,
rhythm, and trust.
Example:
A child comfortable with back floating and kicking, but
nervous about putting their face in, might:
Kick on a
board with head up
Progress to blowing bubbles while
kicking
Then practice eyes-in kicking
And finally
combine: eyes down → kick → bubbles → roll to float and
breathe
